Delivery

We deliver!

We are introducing a delivery service to help you get back in the garden. However, this will be at a reduced level to our normal service. Staff and customer safety is of paramount importance and we will continue to follow PHE and Government advice. We have limited staff on-site and limited stock of some products but if you are still interested, read on!

MECHANIC
Deliveries are within a 5 mile radius of Rowan Garden Centre.
Standard delivery charges apply.

Include in your email your name, contact telephone number, full address including postcode and requirements, and if you are in self-isolation or unwell you must inform us.
Please DO NOT phone us to place an order. We have insufficient staff to take calls.

REQUIREMENTS
Compost products: Maximum 12 bags per delivery.
Vegetable plants: In stock
Summer Bedding Plants: In stock
Vegetable and Flower Seeds: in stock but we cannot guarantee having exactly what you want and may have to substitute.
Trees, Shrubs, Perennials: All in-stock and being well looked after. If you know exactly what you want, we will hopefully be able to fulfil your requirements. We cannot email you plant lists or photos of plants as we are simply not geared up for that. We will try to put ‘Looking Good’ photos and details on our Facebook page.

MECHANIC continued
We will deal with your request as soon as we can. We will contact you by phone prior to delivery to ask for payment which will be by card over the phone. No cheques or cash can be handed to the delivery driver. You will receive your receipts on delivery.
Deliveries will be ‘contactless kerbside’. The driver will deliver outside your house at the front, leave the receipts with the delivery or post through your letterbox, ring your bell for notification and then leave.
